Thick sausages made of mangalica pork and beef (salamis)

Thick sausages

These sausages are made from both mangalica pork, which is fattier, and charolais beef , which is the drier meat component. These products are stuffed in a casing that is permeable for water/vapour and can be smoked. Thick sausages are produced in sseveral flavours: – mild, spicy-hot, flavoured with mild kapia paprika, with cranberries, flavoured with green peppercorn, with Tokaji golden raisins, and ‘Birkózó’  (Wrestler –with Hungarian paprika; spicy and mildly hot).

Our thick sausage with cranberries was awarded Festival Grand Prize in 2017.
