These products are manufactured in a traditional way, they are stuffed in small intestines of pig, smoked, then cured by drying.  Our Mangalica thin sausages are produced in different flavourshomemade type, hot and extra hot; with Tokaji wine and black pepper, with truffles, and ‘Birkózó’ (‘wrestler’ – with Hungarian paprika; spicy and mildly hot)
